Role Description The Physiotherapy Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at Dynamics Mend Physiotherapy in Noida. The Physiotherapy Assistant will support physiotherapists in delivering hands-on patient care, including preparing treatment areas, assisting with manual therapy techniques, guiding patients through prescribed exercises, and monitoring patient responses. Day-to-day tasks include documenting sessions, updating rehabilitation plans under supervision, and helping with patient education on posture, home exercises, and injury prevention. The role also involves coordinating patient appointments, maintaining clinic equipment and cleanliness, and supporting home-visit and corporate wellness activities as needed. The Physiotherapy Assistant is expected to work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to assist in exercise programs and recovery plans under professional supervision.
- Candidates should possess strong Patient Care and Quality Patient Care skills, including clear communication, empathy, and attention to patient safety and comfort.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Orthopedics, particularly common musculoskeletal conditions affecting the spine, joints, and sports-related injuries.
- Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy or a related allied health field; relevant certification or registration is preferred.
